Fingerprint reader works great. Easy to use and provides safety when you have children in the house. Heavy weight and rugged with easy access. Depending on the size of your firearm, it can hold two full size 1911 handguns or three to four concealed carry handguns.

This safe is good size and it works great for my truck.
It has a tether which is a steel cable. Long enough to move the safe around if need be. Lights up inside for a great feature that helps seeing what youre trying to grab out. The box feels well built, thick metal but not sure how well it would hold up if someone tried prying up on the lid.
The finger print feature to open the lid is very intermittent when it comes to working. I have to be in just the right position with the finger for it to recognize the print. Its frustrating sometimes so I just go to the code push button numbers. I like the idea and it holds up to multiple finger prints. I have two prints I coded but still no luck with activating the lid to open ever time.
I mostly use it for holding money or my handgun/magazines and it has plenty of room for more storage.
Theres a nice feature with padding included. It has cut outs you can pull out for specific shapes depending on what you want to store or discard and have more room inside the safe.
Mounting molies for house or the cable in the vehicle. Would like to see a cable a little thicker though but thats my own preference.
It does come with keys too, in case any of the other features to open fail. Great fall back.
For the price and overall features I was looking for I bought another one for the wifes vehicle also!! It does take 4 AA batteries. No big just have to make sure to check on them visually to make sure no battery leakage and corrosion occurs. I have recommended to several friends!!
